This study determined the English Language Proficiency and School Performance in as well school performance a whole. The respondents of were both teachers grade 10 students national high schools fifth district Iloilo, using descriptive comparative approach. Findings which served basis for enhancement existing manual used 101 improvement language proficiency enrolled said subject. Generally, seventy percent student teacher female.
